The 4th European Green Aluminium Summit 2026

ECV International is pleased to announce that the 4th European Green Aluminium Summit 2026 will take place on November 18–19, 2026, in Frankfurt, Germany. The summit will bring together over 100 senior decision-makers from across the aluminium value chain to address the industry’s most pressing challenges and opportunities in the transition to a low-carbon future.

As Europe accelerates its path toward climate neutrality by 2050, the aluminium sector faces mounting pressure from the EU’s Fit-for-55 framework, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), volatile energy markets, and tightening sustainability requirements. At the same time, aluminium remains indispensable for decarbonising mobility, packaging, construction, and aerospace, thanks to its lightweight properties and infinite recyclability.
