Signature Associates has made negotiations during the sale of a 190, 947 sq. foot industrial building in Michigan. Ted Vilek and Jeff Chystal of Signature Associated were the sellers while Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. represented the buyer, WKW Erbsloeh North America, Inc.
WKW Erbsloeh North America bought Kalamazoo’s Bowers Manufacturing and is expanding further its operations of fabricating, aluminium extrusion and anodizing.
