Sign World Inc. to incorporate BNZ aluminium profile channel letter bending machine in its facility

According to a recent report, a flex printing and signage company Sign World Inc. will soon install a BNZ aluminium profile channel letter bending machine, in a bid to speed up the process of signage making.

Marvin Dsilva, the owner of the Coimbatore-based company, said that clients are demanding delivery of signages in only two to three days of time. Earlier, when the company used to have a manual process of designing the letters of signages, it would take 2 to 3 hours to create one letter. But the installation of this new machine will enable the company to design one letter in just 3 minutes.

Moreover, brands and retailers are looking for more durability and don’t want signages made of acryclic, which is the reason why the company is investing in this machine, added Mr. Dsilva.

“We have booked the machine and we will install it this month. Bringing this machine in our facility will help speed up the process of designing the letters of signages,” concluded the owner.
