Narain Cooling Technologies has invested significantly in the first CAB line ordered from SECO/WARWICK. This furnace features a 1300 mm wide conveyor belt and is tailored for producing medium-sized heat exchangers. Notably, the entire manufacturing process occurred in SECO/WARWICK's new factory in India, marking a milestone for the company's local production capabilities.”

Narain Cooling Technologies (P) Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified company for designing and manufacturing aluminium brazed heat exchangers for various applications and markets. Starting as a manufacturer of radiators, Narain Radiator has become a leading aluminium-brazed heat exchange solution provider.

Binoy Koshy, the Managing Director of SECO/WARWICK India, said, "Starting continuous brazing line production in India is a milestone in SECO/WARWICK history. This allows us as a Group to optimise production and significantly reduce delivery costs and related emissions. India is a world leader in producing heat exchangers, including those intended for the automotive market. SECO/WARWICK will provide significant support to companies from this region, thanks to the possibility of supplying high-class metal heat treatment furnaces manufactured entirely in this region of the world."

Piotr Skarbiński, Vice President of the Aluminium and CAB Segment of the SECO/WARWICK Group, said, "The key to success in this market is local production and ensuring competent on-site service. SECO/WARWICK has a professional team of engineers in this part of the world who provide support to our partners."

Sławomir Woźniak, CEO of the SECO/WARWICK Group, stated, "Last year was a breakthrough for us because we started production in India. Already this year, the first CAB lines will roll off the Indian assembly line and reach new customers. The first made-in-India CAB line will go to Narain Cooling Technologies. I believe this will be the beginning of our long-term cooperation and a clear signal to the market about the Group's readiness to provide first-choice solutions."

SECO/WARWICK’s CAB lines manufactured in India are the first choice in this region

The CAB line, as requested by the Partner, features a 1.3-meter-wide belt and is equipped with cutting-edge furnace technology, ensuring impeccable temperature uniformity. It incorporates an innovative continuous atmosphere control system alongside a PLC control system.

Ideal for the continuous brazing of products sharing similar dimensions and characteristics, CAB lines ensure even temperature distribution across the entire conveyor belt through multiple independent heating zones.

The line customised for Narain Cooling Technologies was tailored to meet their specific requirements, aiming to maximise efficiency within the limitations posed by restricted access to the power supply.

Deepesh Goyal, the Managing Director of Narain Cooling Technologies, said, “This is our first cooperation with SECO/WARWICK. We set high and specific requirements for this furnace, which SECO/WARWICK met. The fact that the solution is manufactured in India is of great importance to Narain Cooling Technologies. It is not only a matter of reducing costs or better logistics but also subsequent service issues and global support for domestic market development."
