Roberts Metal Packaging, one of Europe’s leading providers of pre-threaded screw-caps, godets and aluminium and tinplate containers, has added two new collections to its most popular Softline Extreme aluminium jar range. The new range, dubbed Softline Extreme Deep, is available in sizes ranging from 75ml to 250ml, including a new 170ml variant.
These sizes are ideal for packing health and beauty goods, including hair care and body butter. The threaded lid and flat, angular bottom of the pack are now available in deep and shallow ranges. The product is also available in sizes ranging from 25ml to 120ml, with a new 100ml pack currently available.
“Our Softline Extreme range was originally launched over a decade ago and has proved incredibly popular with customers who have utilised this packaging format for products from beard balms to solid fragrances,” said Chris Saunders, Roberts Metal Packaging managing director.
The new shallow line offers ergonomic packaging solutions for goods like hand and face treatments and domestic items like natural furniture polish.
“Certainly, in the last few years, and in the context of health and beauty especially, we’ve noticed more customers switching to metal containers because of metal’s highly rated sustainability credentials, not least its status as a permanently available material which can be recycled again and again with no loss of quality. It’s this increasing demand that has led to our relaunch with two collections that showcase the versatility, size and depth of the entire Softline Extreme range,” added Chris Saunders.
