Premier Supplies acquires window production facility

Premier Supplies has purchased the manufacturing arm of Dalmatian Windows in East Kilbride, Scotland. The acquisition of gives Premier a dedicated window production facility and the capability to manufacture Synseal SynerJy range in-house.

Premier first made a name for itself in the conservatory sector and manufacturers WarmCore Aluminium Bi-Folds & Windows, Guardian Warm Roofs, SynerJy Windows, Stratus Lanterns, K2 Conservatory Roofs and Flat Roof Lights.

Peter Gray, managing director of Premier Supplies said: “Earlier this year we identified the Scottish market as our next area for growth. We’ve already had great success with the WarmCore and Guardian brands,which are ideal product ranges for the Scottish climate.
