PGT Innovations becomes 100% stake owner of aluminium products firm Eco Enterprises
PGT Innovations (PGTI) recently announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Eco Enterprises, a reputable Miami-based company renowned for producing high-quality aluminium windows and doors that are highly resistant to impact.
With this strategic acquisition, PGTI now owns 100% of the shares of Eco Enterprises, having initially acquired 75% of its ownership stake in 2021.
This acquisition is a significant milestone for PGTI, as it will enable the company to broaden its aluminium product lines and expand its glass production capacity. Additionally, it will bolster the company's supply chain and create new opportunities for growth in both the commercial and residential markets.
By leveraging Eco Enterprises' expertise and reputation in the industry, PGTI is well-positioned to increase its revenue and margins, which will ultimately benefit its shareholders and stakeholders alike.
The president and CEO, Jeff Jackson, declared: "Since acquiring ownership in Eco, we've been able to utilize this vertical integration to service the glass needs for some of our other brands.
