The establishment of the new production unit brings forth the company’s effort to boost India’s renewable manufacturing capacity.
The company recently held a Bhoomi Poojan ceremony to mark the start of construction. The project is the materialisation of Pahal Solar’s extensive strategy to scale up production and strengthen its role in India’s renewable energy market. When finished, the expansion will lift the firm’s overall manufacturing capacity to 4.4 GW.
According to the company, the new plants will use advanced automation and high-automation lines and AI-based production controls designed to enhance accuracy, output and reliability. These additions will potentially streamline operations and improve manufacturing quality across all stages.

Director Manish Shingala added that the upgraded facilities would incorporate AI-driven precision systems to ensure quality and performance on par with global standards.
Vice-President Nitin Barvaliya pointed out that steady growth in orders and strong business partnerships have helped maintain delivery reliability.
“The expansion further strengthens our ability to supply high-performance solar products on time and with consistent quality,” he said.
The company’s Surat production centre is going to be the core production hub for both domestic and export markets.
