Pacific Aluminium asks council to hold off Tiwai ads

The company believes an agreement can be reached.
Invercargill mayor Tim Shadbolt says they will wait for the next few days to see if there are any developments in talks before deciding on a strategy.
He says thousands of jobs are at stake.
So far there has been no resolution on power price after two days of talks in Wellington.
