
Novelis Inc., the world’s renowned aluminium rolling producer and recycler and a leading sustainable aluminium solutions provider, announced on Thursday, July 21, that it signed a Cooperation Research Agreement with Airbus to develop a tighter collaboration for more advanced aluminium solutions for the aircraft of tomorrow.

This partnership between Novelis and Airbus is expected to accelerate the pace of joint R&D programmes. Being a supplier of aluminium plates and sheets to Airbus, Novelis puts a constant effort to revolutionise aircraft design, material and manufacturing for more sustainability.
According to Novelis, collaboration with suppliers and customers around the world will help them stay committed towards providing low-carbon and sustainable aluminium solutions to achieve full circularity.
