Mills CNC will be featuring one of their most popular simultaneous 5-axis machining tools at the Manufacturing Solutions – Ireland 2023 Exhibition in Limerick on June 14-15. The DVF 5000 can accurately manufacture aluminium components with the use of metal powder.

As the exclusive distributor of DN Solutions’ and Zayer machine tools in the UK and Ireland, Mills CNC also offers advanced automation system solutions to component manufacturers. The showcased machine is DN Solutions’ DVF 5000 model, equipped with direct-drive spindle technology, linear guides, a 60-tool position ATC, integrated thermal compensation, and the latest advanced Fanuc 31i Plus control with 15” touchscreen iHMI.
On display at their stand (M4) in the Technology Zone, the DVF 5000 has become a go-to machine for OEM and Tier-1 suppliers, precision subcontractors, and precision component manufacturers looking to improve productivity, process efficiencies, and performance.
Enthusiasts might find a chance to first-hand experience the capacity of Mills DVF 5000 machine, as it will be fully optimised, machining a high-precision aluminium part. This machine is highly regarded by automotive and tech experts for its precise handling of aluminium parts.
Tony Dale, Mills CNC’s CEO, commented: “The DVF 5000 is one of our most popular 5-axis models and is a firm favourite with component manufacturers.
“The machine already has a large following in Ireland with aerospace and medical component manufacturers, in particular, and will, I’m confident, prove irresistible to visitors attending the event,” Dale concluded.
