American Douglas Metals (ADM), leader in metal distribution, processing and fabrication and one of the largest suppliers of light-gauge high reflective painted aluminum sheet and coil to the lighting industry, expands their lighting fixture metals product line in efforts to help lighting manufacturers capitalize on their products of high energy efficiency.
Manufacturers have realized the use of highly reflective aluminum materials are a sustainable approach to today’s green movement. Furthermore, the use of these materials is increasing fixture efficiencies by up to 30%. The combination of energy efficient lamps and ballasts will result in energy savings of up to 70% when compared to standard troffer fixtures.
As more and more lighting manufacturers are taking additional steps to increase the energy efficiency of their products due to demand and advantages of using more “green” products, finding solutions through complementary items has proved added value to the efficient products that already exist in the industry.
