
Benchmark aluminium price on London Metal Exchange rose 0.79 per cent to US$ 2539.5 per tonne on Monday, July 5, from US$ 2519.5 per tonne on Friday.

As of Monday, July 5, LME aluminium cash (bid) price stands at US$ 2539.50 per tonne, LME official settlement price stands at US$ 2539.50 per tonne; 3-months bid price stands at US$ 2558.50 per tonne, 3-months offer price is US$ 2558.50 per tonne; Dec 22 bid price stands at US$ 2507.50 per tonne, and Dec 22 offer price stands at US$ 2507.50per tonne.
The LME aluminium opening stock stood at 1552250 tonnes. Live Warrants totalled 933850 tonnes and Cancelled Warrants were 618400 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-months Asian Reference Price is hovering at US$ 2568.86 per tonne.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
Benchmark aluminium price for SHFE decreased to stand at US$ 2963 per tonne on Tuesday, 06 July 2021.
The most-liquid SHFE 2108 aluminium contract finished the day 2.97% higher at RMB19,255 per tonne on Monday. Shanghai base metals ended mostly lower in overnight trading and aluminium dropped 0.7%.
