LME aluminium opened at US$2221.5 per tonne in the previous trading day, with its low and high at US$2209 per tonne and US$2235 per tonne, respectively, before closing at US$2211.5 per tonne, down 0.65 per cent.
{alcircleadd}On Monday, November 27, both LME aluminium cash bid price and LME aluminium official settlement price went down by US$2.5 per tonne or 0.11 per cent and US$2 per tonne or 0.09 per cent to clock at US$2,176 per tonne and US$2,177 per tonne.
As per the London Metal Exchange (LME) data, both the 3-month bid price and the 3-month offer price grew by US$5 per tonne or 0.22 per cent and US$4.5 per tonne or 0.20 per cent to halt at US$2,221 per tonne and US$2,221.50 per tonne.
December 24 bid price and December 24 offer price added US$3 per tonne or 0.12 per cent to peg at US$2,340 per tonne and US$2,345 per tonne. LME aluminium opening stock halted at 471875 tonnes. Live warrants and Cancelled warrants 201525 tonnes and 270350 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-month Asian Reference Price increased by US$4.91 per tonne or 0.22 per cent, settling at US$2,228.86 per tonne.
SHFE aluminium price
On November 28, today, the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) aluminium price gained US$7 per tonne or 0.26 per cent to reside at US$2,652 per tonne. Overnight, the most-traded SHFE 2401 aluminium contract opened at RMB 18880 per tonne, with the highest and lowest prices at RMB 18895 per tonne and RMB 18810 per tonne before closing at RMB 18825 per tonne, down RMB 20 per tonne or 0.11 per cent.
