
Iran's aluminium production stood at 131,376 tonnes during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21-June 21), from 101,202 tonnes in the previous year.

Aluminum ingot output registered a hike of 30% compared with the same period last year, according to data released by the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
Iran produced 55,974 tonnes of alumina powder in the three months. That was down 11% from the corresponding figure of preceding year which was 62,789 tonnes.
Bauxite production was 265,488 tonnes during the mention period, marking a 49% rise from 178,366 tonnes in the previous year.
Annual production of the aluminum ingot is scheduled to increase 63% by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2022).
