The energy power control system update of Huaxing Aluminum's electrolytic aluminium production department has been completed and successfully placed into operation, marking a significant milestone in their operational experience. The automated control system update project is near the plant's pressurised pumping station, rainwater collecting pool, bathroom, heat exchange room and heating room.

This update has resulted in a reduction in employee labour intensity, an improvement in work efficiency, and an enhancement in the stability of power equipment operation and the intelligence level of the company's equipment.
The primary objective of the upgrade and transformation process is to replace the manual control valve of the imported and exported equipment with an electrically operated valve. Additionally, a set of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control systems and the corresponding detection instrument will be installed.
The PLC control system will be connected to the enterprise control network through a switch, enabling the transmission of PLC-related data to the central control room. This will facilitate. Furthermore, the use of remote monitoring systems allows for the continuous monitoring and analysis of operational parameters associated with equipment.
Simultaneously, the system incorporates two functionalities: on-site touch screen and button box operation control. Furthermore, it allows for the selection of either remote automated or on-site manual operation control, depending on the requirements of the production site.
