In a Press Release dated July 5, the company officials seized the opportunity to announce: "This strategic acquisition allows Fenplast to expand its activities beyond its usual fields of fenestration activities while seizing a promising diversification opportunity. Indeed, Ramp-Art has a well-established clientele outside Quebec, thus offering significant advantages for the Fenplast group in terms of market expansion."
Furthermore, Fenplast has also purchased Solarcom, a Quebec-based company specialising in custom aluminium fenestration products. This acquisition was first announced in April 2023, and it marks another major milestone in Fenplast's growth trajectory.
With the Ramp-Art and Solarcom purchases, all administrative structures and personnel will remain in place at Fenplast, ensuring continuity and stability for customers and employees.
Established in 1989, Fenplast is a well-acknowledged player in the industry, known for its high-quality PVC profiles for windows. The company serves commercial and residential customers and boasts a distribution network of over 80 independent specialized or owned dealers.
The acquisition of Ramp-Art and Solarcom will undoubtedly enhance Fenplast's product offerings and capabilities, enabling it to better serve its customers and stay ahead of its competitors.
