Last week the end-user aluminium sector witnessed some valuable advancements like SIG declaring to use only ASI-certified aluminium for the creation of their trademark packaging solutions and Ball Corporation, one of the top contributors to ESG standards being mentioned in the 2023 Sustainalytics list. Altech Chemicals Ltd. posted about the recent upgrades to its Silumina Anodes TM pilot plant project in Saxony and how the company has cleared all the primary feasibility tests for commercialisation of this flagship product. Aluminium is a metal found in most of the essential items on the planet but who could have used some of those items for artwork? This mission was accomplished by Indian artist Subodh Gupta who was invited to the 8th edition of Contemporary Art, organised at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, a department store in Paris, France to showcase his artwork using aluminium utensils.
