
Emballator, an aluminium packaging company, has announced the construction of its new 8,000 m² facility in Lempäälä, Finland. This new project will be a part of the strategy to support growth and optimise material flows for the company. Developed in partnership with Meijou Oy, the factory aims to enhance service for existing and new customers and is scheduled for autumn 2026.

With a long-standing reputation for high-quality packaging solutions, Emballator reinforces its commitment to innovation and sustainability through the new factory. By investing in advanced technology and environmentally friendly practices, the company aims to boost production capacity while minimising its environmental footprint.
Christian Höglund, Head of Paint & Construction, Emballator, said, “We want to continue serving our customers in the best possible way, and the new factory will help us achieve this goal.”
The new factory in Lempäälä will feature state-of-the-art automation and material handling technologies, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, including the use of renewable energy sources. This investment will enhance operational efficiency and ensure Emballator can continue to meet the evolving needs of its customers. Located near the existing facility, the new site also allows for future expansion while ensuring that all current employees remain based in Lempäälä.
