Chinese aluminum billet saw the biggest upwards shift for the day, rising 0.7 percent on Dec. 26, 2012
The Chinese aluminum cash price remained essentially flat. The price of Chinese aluminum bar continues hovering in place for the fifth day in a row. The price of Chinese aluminum scrap remained essentially flat as well.
The cash price of primary Indian aluminum held steady yesterday.
On the LME, the 3-month price of aluminum held steady around $2,091 per metric ton. The primary aluminum cash price steadied at $2,045 per metric ton following two-days of increases on the LME.
