China’s aluminium price inches up to RMB 18850/t; expected to range at RMB 18830-18870/t

SMM aluminium ingot price stands at RMB 18850 per tonne on Friday, July 9, 2021, marking an increase of RMB 30 per tonne from Thursday’s price of RMB 18820 per tonne. The price is expected to move within a range of RMB 18830-18870 per tonne.

In Foshan, the price has increased by RMB 20 per tonne to stand at RMB 18900 per tonne on Friday, July 9, 2021. In Wuxi and Hangzhou, the price has inched up by RMB 70 per tonne and RMB 60 per tonne to stand at RMB 18860 per tonne and RMB 18870 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi and Gongyi have increased to stand at RMB 18825per tonne, RMB 18830 per tonne, RMB 18860 per tonne, , RMB 18860 per tonne and RMB 18830 per tonne.

Raw materials price of alumina, Australian Alumina FOB Price, Prebaked Anode Central, and Al Fluoride have remained unchanged at RMB 2485 per tonne, USD 285 per tonne, RMB 4525 per tonne and RMB 7600 per tonne as of Friday, July 9, 2021.
