Chinalco promotes “Five Standards and One Control” management model for electrolytic aluminium enterprises
According to a recent report, Chinalco conducted a promotion meeting of the “Five Standards and One Control” management model in its Liancheng Branch. The company summed up the management model in electrolytic aluminium business units, based on the current situation of the industry.
After an extensive on-site study, experience sharing and discussion, Chinalco further clarified the concept of “Five Standards and One Control” management model and promoted it to improve the quality of electrolytic aluminium business units, empowering the high-quality development.
The meeting was attended by many electrolytic aluminium enterprises, whereby the Liacheng branch of Chinalco and ten other enterprises shared their views and experiences. Zhengzhou Research Institute made a special report on the challenges and countermeasures faced by electrolytic aluminium enterprises, including Chinalco. Participants were taken through a deep study of the production site of Liancheng branch of Chinalco.
Chinalco encouraged the other electrolytic aluminium enterprises to conduct this promotion meeting as an opportunity to learn from each other and integrate scientific and technological innovation into the category of “five standards and one control” management model.
