In Brisbane's developing Northshore Hamilton sector, Alspec's door and window frame solutions were chosen for a new commercial office building. Located at 385 MacArthur Avenue in Hamilton, the outside of the building will showcase aluminium framing from Alspec, as the metal ensures design flexibility together with sturdy and long-lasting componentry.

Northshore Hamilton, which spans 304 acres of old dock property next to the Brisbane River, is being developed into a mixed-use zone with various recreation, business, and housing services. The new structure is the most recent improvement to the site's business and technology area.
Alspec's well-liked Hunter Evo flush glazed frame was used for this construction. The system is sturdy and highly corrosion resistant since it is composed of architectural-grade aluminium. It is available in frame depths of 101.6mm or 150mm x 50mm; for this project, the 150mm option was chosen. The system may support more significant glass expanses and single or double glazing depending on the situation.
The three-story, approximately 3,500m2 A-Grade office building at 385 MacArthur Avenue, can accommodate companies of all sizes thanks to its flexible floor plans. The development's architectural goal was to create a structure that would make the greatest use of the available space and offer occupants a comfortable interior that maximised natural light.
