
Brazil exported USD 19.24 billion worth of goods globally in May 2018, down 2.8 percent year-on-year. The decline was due to lower sales of manufactured goods and semi-manufactured goods.
The exports of aluminium household articles by Brazil increased last year. Three-year trend analysis suggests that aluminium household articles export will decline in 2018. The top importer from Brazil is the USA which imported about 4356 tonnes of aluminium household articles in 2017. Other top importers who have been buying aluminium household articles from Brazil are Paraguay (703 tonnes), Argentina (585 tonnes), Bolivia (Plurinational State of) (556 tonnes) and Mexico (443 tonnes).

As shown by the data, Brazil exported about 7727 tonnes of aluminium household articles in 2016. The export volume increased to 7942 tonnes in 2017. Considering the data for the last two year, the country is estimated to export 6377 tonnes of aluminium household articles in 2018

The export of aluminium household articles delivered USD 50 million revenue to the exporters in 2016. The export generated revenue of USD 43 million in 2017. Revenue realization from aluminium household articles export is estimated to stand at USD 121 million by the end of this year.
