ASI certifies Novelis subsidiary Yeongju plant against Chain of Custody Standard certification
According to a recent report, Novelis Korea Limited, subsidiary plant of Novelis in Yeongju, has secured the ASI Chain of Custody Standard certification for manufacturing aluminum and aluminum coil and sheet, which includes the processes of recycling and remelting. The plant, which has an annual capacity of 340,000 tonnes of aluminum recycling, recycles 18 billion used beverage cans each year.
