Arabal attracts global aluminium biggies

Arab International Aluminium Conference (Arabal) has roped in some of the biggest names in the global aluminium sector who will showcase their products, services and technologies at the event’s upcoming edition in Dubai, UAE.

The 20th edition of Arabal will be held from November 22 to 24 at Madinat Jumeirah.

According to an official release by the Arabal organizers, a good number of specialist companies from across the aluminium value chain have already booked their spaces in the exhibition area. They will display aluminium products designed for special applications in various industries, surface treatment technology solutions, light-metal trade and recycling, plant, machinery and accessories and equipment for aluminium extraction processing and refining. Other services and consultancy will also be on display for the industry.

Arabal is the biggest of all aluminium events in the region which unites leading primary aluminium manufacturers and suppliers in the GCC, providing an ideal platform for them to network, and share ideas and solutions to global challenges while conducting business.

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is hosting the event for the sixth time in a row this year. The exhibition has attracted a number of key sponsors like General Electric (Gold sponsor), ABB, Mecfor, Rockwell Automation, STS, and Weir Minerals.

The main attraction of the event, however, remains the two-day Conference which has adopted the theme “Global Challenges – Seeking Solutions.” Also on offer are plant tours to EGA facilities- Dubai Aluminium and Emirates Aluminium.
