Anshika Jain steps down from Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions

Anshika Jain resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd. on October 24, 2026, citing personal reasons.
The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange about her resignation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
