AnkerMake M5C 3D printer sports a sturdy aluminium alloy base for increased stability

AnkerMake, a 3D printing brand by Anker Innovations, announced the release of the AnkerMake M5C 3D printer. The company claims that this printer is designed for easy customization of functions with a single click via the AnkerMake app. The aluminium alloy base of the printer gives it extreme stability while producing complex materials.

Users can easily perform tasks such as printing, re-printing, levelling, homing, pausing, or stopping the printer with a single click. According to Frank Zhu, General Manager of AnkerMake, the company is dedicated to providing artists, inventors, hobbyists, and DIY enthusiasts with a seamless tool to bring their ideas to life. The AnkerMake M5C is user-friendly, offers exceptional print speed, and produces high-quality prints accessible to all levels of skill and experience.

"With a focus on user-friendliness, the AnkerMake M5C combines exceptional print speed with outstanding print quality for simple accessibility at all levels of skill and experience," Zhu added.

The M5C uses AnkerMake's PowerBoost 2.0 technology for motion control and printing speeds up to 500mm per second. The acceleration can go up to 5000mm per Second Square. The aluminium alloy base adds stability by reducing machine jitter. The extruder and dual Z-axis design maintain 0.1mm printing precision, even at high speeds.

Aluminium is nevertheless a sturdy metal, but its direct application in improving the stability of a machine's construct tells us how vital the non-ferrous metal is for structural integrity.

AnkerMake has designed the M5C 3D printer with a 49-point automatic bed levelling system, which simplifies the calibration process and ensures precise prints. A PEI magnetic plate provides a flexible and stable surface that makes it easy to remove the completed additively manufactured materials.

Aluminium Dross

The M5C is built with wear-resistant components, including an all-metal hot end that can reach temperatures of up to 300°C.
