Amtek India successfully acquires Kuepper Group Germany

Amtek India Ltd has completed successfully the transaction and has acquired the Kuepper Group engaged in the business of Iron, Aluminium Casting & Integrated Machining. They have five manufacturing facilities across Hungary and Germany.
The company acquired substantial interest of Kuepper,a Germany based Group through Amtek Kuepper GmBH , its step down subsidiary.
AMTEK INDIA LTD.’s shares were last trading at Rs.63.35 in BSE compared to previous closure of Rs. 64.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17494 in over 282 trades.
