Supported by Jaguar Land Rover and SMMT, this event follows the success of ALFEDs 2013 conference, building on the key themes and featuring the latest thinking and innovations. The role of aluminium in lightweighting road transport vehicles is pushing designers and materials technology to new limits. The conference is split into four half-day sessions exploring the commercial landscape, innovation & technology, OEM forward strategies, and sustainability & recycling.
The conference will be of particular interest to material technologists, designers, specifiers, and suppliers into the UK automotive tiers and vehicle manufacturers. There will be networking opportunities and an exhibition to complement the excellent line-up of international Speakers.
