Aluminium futures marginally up on spot demand
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, Aluminium for delivery in January gained 15 paise, or 0.13 per cent, to Rs 115.75 per kg, with a business turnover of 26 lots.
The metal for delivery in December traded higher by 5 paise, or 0.04 per cent, to Rs 114.90 per kg, with a business turnover of 1,040 lots.
Marketmen said the rise in aluminium prices at futures trade was mostly supported by a pick up in demand at spot markets but metal's weakness at the London Metal Exchange capped the gains.
