The Taiwanese electronics technology brand Acer launched the brand new gaming laptop Acer Predator Triton 700 in India on Tuesday, October 24. The laptop with a suave aluminium chassis comes with a price tag of INR 2,99,999, and is available at exclusive Acer stores and authorized online shopping portals across the country.
The new addition in the Acer Predator Triton gaming laptop series features a 15.6-inch full HD IPS display coupled with Dolby Atoms and Acer TrueHarmony that delivers immersive audio from its two front-facing speakers and a subwoofer.
Further, the Predator Triton 700 is “the world’s thinnest, fastest, and quietest gaming laptop”, Acer claims, with 18.9 mm-thin (0.74 inches) aluminium chassis.
The Acer Predator Triton 700 is powered by the latest 7th generation Intel Core i7 processor along with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics, and is equipped with 16GB of RAM (upgradable up to 32GB) and two 512GB NVMe PCIe SSDs hard drives. The laptop runs on Windows 10 Home and has a 4-cell 4670 mAh Li-ion built-in battery, which delivers to 5 hours of battery life
Thanks to the use of aluminium on its chassis, the laptop weighs only 2.5kgs.
