Double Chamber and Side Wall Furnace

Various types of furnace equipment have been developed for miscellaneous aluminum, garbage aluminum, automobile slices, aluminum chips, aluminum slag, etc.

The products include double-chamber furnaces, side-well furnaces, cupola furnaces and other types, with a tonnage of more than 150 tons.

The combustion system adopts targeted technical solutions, automatic flame control solutions and low-temperature smelting technology to effectively suppress the increase of iron elements.

The molten pool design fully considers the characteristics of iron scraping operations, multi-batch loading and strong slag scraping operations, and adopts a number of targeted solutions.
The ultra-large gas collection hood technology is used to achieve effective collection of flue gas.
According to different raw material combinations, various aluminium liquid circulation methods, such as electromagnetic pumps and mechanical pumps, can be equipped, with a melting rate of more than 12t/h.

We have specially developed a variety of technologies, such as the flue gas circulation system in the furnace, the flue gas recovery and re-combustion in the chip well, and the energy consumption per ton of aluminium is as low as 35Nm³/t-Al.
