Adopting a new furnace lining design concept, the position of the "aluminium liquid solidification point" inside the furnace lining is effectively controlled to improve the thermal insulation performance and service life of the furnace lining.
The advanced waste heat recovery and energy-saving technology is adopted to achieve a high melting rate. The comprehensive energy consumption of producing one ton of aluminum rod is less than 55Nm³/t-AL, and the burning loss is as low as less than 0.9%,
A variety of advanced emission reduction technologies are adopted to achieve low NOx emissions, with the actual measured emission value lower than 150mg/m³.
