Aluminium Aging Furnace

The technology of hiding the rail and tray support in the furnace is adopted to completely prevent the deformation of the rail and tray support, reduce the invalid volume in the furnace, and improve the hot air circulation effect in the furnace.

The furnace structure is designed specifically according to the shape of the profile to achieve high-speed circulation of furnace gas along the length of the profile.
To adapt to extra-large sizes and special aging process requirements, it adopts double-fan relay and reversing circulation method. The uniformity of profile aging temperature is stably controlled within ±2℃.
