6063-T5 Aluminium Heat Sink Profile

6063-T5 Aluminium Heat Sink Profiles are extruded profiles manufactured for thermal management applications across electrical, electronic and industrial equipment. The profiles can be produced with parallel-fin, pin-fin or comb-fin cross-sections, allowing the section design to be selected according to heat dissipation requirements.

 

Manufactured from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy, the profiles have a listed thermal conductivity of ≥201 W/(m·K). The manufacturer specifies fin thickness of ≥1.0 mm (minimum 0.8 mm), fin height ratios up to 20:1, and maximum profile lengths of 6.5 m. Surface options include 10–15 µm anodising, with both silver and black anodised finishes available.

 

These aluminium heat sink profiles are suitable for PV inverters, UPS systems, VFDs, LED street lights, 5G base stations, EV motor controllers and industrial control cabinets. Custom processing services include CNC drilling, tapping and bending, while custom heat sink sections can also be developed according to application requirements.
