Thermal-Break Casement Window Aluminium Profile – 60 mm Frame

The thermal-break casement window aluminium profile is a 60 mm outer-frame system designed for residential and commercial window applications. The profile is produced in EN AW-6063-T5 aluminium and incorporates a 14.8 mm PA66-GF25 polyamide thermal-break strip to reduce heat transfer through the aluminium frame.

 

It is supplied as a coordinated profile suite covering the frame, sash, beading, mullion and adapter. The main load-bearing wall thickness ranges from 1.4 to 2.0 mm, while the system offers 35 mm, 40 mm and 53 mm outer-face sight-line variants. Its 51 mm glazing rebate accommodates insulating glass configurations, making the profile suitable for thermally insulated architectural window systems.

 

The standard profile length is 6.00 m, with 5.85 m and 6.05 m custom lengths also listed by the supplier. The system supports inward- and outward-opening sash configurations and is intended for applications including residential buildings, apartments and other architectural glazing projects.
