
On Friday, March 3, A00 aluminium ingot price in China has moved up by RMB 20 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,550 per tonne. The average prices for the same are likely to range between RMB 18,530 per tonne and RMB 18,570 per tonne, with the spot contract price to be traded at a discount price of RMB 100 to RMB 60 per tonne. On a W-o-W calculation, the price has fallen by RMB 70 per tonne from RMB 18,480 per tonne recorded on Friday, February 24.

As per the SMM data, the prices in Linyi and Shenyang have increased by RMB 50 per tonne and RMB 40 per tonne to close at RMB 18,600 per tonne and RMB 18,550 per tonne. In Wuxi and Hangzhou, the prices have grown by RMB 35 per tonne, scoring at RMB 18,550 per tonne. On the same day, in Gongyi and Chongqing, the prices have moved up by RMB 30 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,470 per tonne and RMB 18,620 per tonne. In Foshan, the A00 aluminium ingot price has gone up by RMB 20 per tonne to stop at RMB 18,580 per tonne, whereas, in Tianjin, the prices have shown no change to settle at RMB 18,580 per tonne.
The domestic price of low carbon aluminium in China has moved up by RMB 15 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,152 per tonne. The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price have shown no change to score at RMB 26,300 per tonne and RMB 27,300 per tonne.
The aluminium alloys (ADC12) price has increased by RMB 50 per tonne to clock at RMB 19,700 per tonne, with the average prices between RMB 19,600 per tonne and RMB 19,800 per tonne. On the other hand, the aluminium alloy (A356) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price have shown no change to come in at RMB 19,600 per tonne and RMB 20,700 per tonne.
