
On Friday, September 16, A00 aluminium ingot price in China went up by RMB 80 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,870 per tonne. The average price for the same is expected to range between RMB 18,850 per tonne and RMB 18,890 per tonne, with spot contracts to be traded at a discount price of RMB 70 to RMB 30 per tonne.

On the same day in Foshan, the price increased by RMB 100 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,870 per tonne. In Huzhou and Shenyang, the price went up by RMB 80 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,890 per tonne and RMB 18,800 per tonne. Linyi also experienced the same price hike to halt at RMB 18,870 per tonne. As per the SMM data, prices in Wuxi and Chongqing climbed up by RMB 70 per tonne to peg at RMB 18,860 per tonne and RMB 18,900 per tonne. The A00 aluminium ingot price in Gongyi went up by RMB 30 per tonne to close at RMB 18,750 per tonne. Only in Tianjin, the price slipped by RMB 20 per tonne to score at RMB 18,820 per tonne.
In China, the domestic price of low carbon aluminium has hiked by RMB 95 per tonne to halt at RMB 19,473 per tonne.
The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price have gained RMB 100 per tonne to peg at RMB 27,000 per tonne and RMB 28,000 per tonne.
The price of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) has shown no change to close at RMB 19,450 per tonne and RMB 20,450 per tonne. On the same day, the price of aluminium alloy (A356) gained RMB 150 per tonne to record at RMB 20,300 per tonne. The average price for the same is expected to orbit between RMB 20,200 per tonne and RMB 20,400 per tonne.
The aluminium powder price has inched up by RMB 0.1 per kg to settle at RMB 20.8 per kg, with the average prices ranging between RMB 20.7 per kg and RMB 20.9 per kg.
