UC RUSAL announces new sales appointment

Chris Evans will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of current price discovery mechanisms as well as working with customers to implement alternative pricing options.

Chris Evans has more than 15 years’ experience of metals markets including 5 years at the London Metal Exchange, where he was Head of Business Development in charge of new product research and development. Between 2000 and 2008 Chris worked as non-ferrous editor for Metal Bulletin in London and American Metal Market in New York, responsible for all metals coverage and benchmark pricing. Most recently Chris has been working as an associate director at Rostron Parry, a corporate development and press relations agency specialising in commodity and investment markets. Chris holds Bachelors degree from Oxford University.
