The new 13-story True Glasgow student housing project received a complete glazing kit from Senior Architectural Systems (SAS), one of the largest known fenestration system companies in the UK. Scottech, a specialised contractor, created and put in Senior's curtain wall, window, and door solutions in aluminium. Individual apartments received the SPW600e tilt and turn aluminium windows from SAS, which were placed specifically to enable daylighting and provide "far-reaching" views of the city.
The True Glasgow concept, which consists of shared and single-occupancy apartments, is touted to provide "spacious" living and study facilities. Additionally, the complex has shared amenities, including a gym and a movie theatre. Access to green areas has been added through a rooftop garden and a walled courtyard garden at ground level to counteract the location in the city centre.

The primary façade, according to Senior, benefits from the "slim sightlines" of the SF52 aluminium curtain walling, which was made using a mix of several capping choices to provide a distinctive look. The curtain wall has a "specially developed toggle mechanism" employed horizontally to make outwardly frameless transoms and to balance the structure's height as a vertically capped alternative.
Senior's frameless SFF aluminium window vents were used to offer extra ventilation to the SF52 system, which has also been installed as an entirely frameless silicone glazed solution. Senior's SPW600 aluminium commercial doors have been utilised to complete the fenestration package.
