Spanish- based company Slimbook unveiled its newest Linux laptop named Slimbook Excalibur with 15.6 inches display. The exterior material crafted completely from aluminium. The aluminium finishing gives the laptop a fresh finish and a soft touch.
Slimbook Excalibur is the company’s largest display laptop. The 15.6 inches display makes the laptop a bit bigger and heavier than its predecessors .The company claims the model is the only 15-inch aluminium laptop available in the market loaded with GNU/Linux.
Slimbook opted Synaptics to improve the touchpad as it counts with better drivers and a wider functionality. The company has added a numerical keyboard that allows user to work even faster with numbers.

The aluminium casing laptop is available in two variants, namely Intel i5 model and Intel i7 model, and comes with a price tag of €759 and €1000 respectively.
