Shivalik Group to use aluminium formwork system in its upcoming residential project

EDITED BY : SARNALI CHAKRABORTY 2MINS READ

Shivalik Group, a major real estate developer in Ahmedabad, has received an extraordinary response for its planned residential tower project in GIFT City, selling more than 250 flats worth INR 300 crore in only 15 days. The project will be constructed using aluminium formwork system, a fast-paced construction process that provides a structure with strength and longevity. It is scheduled to be finished in early 2027.

Aluminium Formwork System is a construction system used in the construction of cast-in-place concrete buildings. Panels composed of high-strength aluminium alloy are used to manufacture aluminium formwork. A simple pin and wedge arrangement mechanism holds the panels in place. The panel fits perfectly, firmly, and without the need for bracing.
