Sagar Asia, one of India's most prestigious manufacturers of aluminium extrusion and access systems, proudly announces the signing of two MOUs. One is with NIJL Aircraft Docking of the Netherlands, and the other is with Reroy Group Ltd (RGL), Ghana. These MOUs are among Sagar Asia's recent significant successes and will undoubtedly contribute to the Indian economy.

Sagar Asia Group is committed to manufacturing top-quality Aluminium Extrusions, Ladders, Scaffolds, Bridges, Platforms, Wind Tower Internals, Aviation Docking Systems, Aluminium Architectural Systems, and other value-added products that are fully compliant with American and European standards in India.
NIJL Aircraft Docking is a globally renowned provider of maintenance stands, platforms, and docks for the aviation, train, automotive, truck, space, and shipbuilding industries. The company has been serving the market for 50 years. The CEO of NIJL, Nobert Pieterse, and Co-Owner Marcus Franciscus Huitink visited India this month, organised meetings with key stakeholders and potential customers of Aircraft Maintenance Support Systems in Delhi and other parts of the country, and chose Sagar Asia as their first preference, signing an initial MOU. This joint venture, including the value of technology, engineering, and infrastructure, has an outlay of about INR 100 crores and will bring in revenue of INR 500 crores by exporting aviation docking systems internationally.
This joint venture will allow Sagar Asia to contribute to the nation's drive to limit foreign exchange outflows, provide more job opportunities, and strengthen the Indian MRO industry. It will also encourage India's substantial advancements by developing a sustainable end-to-end ecosystem for commercial, general, and military MRO activities.
Sagar Asia already supplies aircraft docking systems to GMR Airport Hyderabad, Airod in Malaysia, and Air India. Furthermore, Sagar Asia is Hindustan Aeronautics Limited's regular and preferred provider for their helicopter docking system requirements.
Sagar's MOU with Reroy will serve as a foundation for mutual collaboration of the parties, providing a framework for cooperation and outlining the key terms, responsibilities, and commitments of the involved teams.
The Reroy Group Ltd is engaged in Electrical manufacturing, real estate development, Cables & Wires, industrial ventures and investments, information technology, and communication and has approached SAPL to set up manufacturing facilities in Ghana. SAPL and RGL intend to start a Joint Venture in India or Africa or both for designated Sagar Asia products. The JV Company will cater to the territory of Africa and/or Indian and Global markets.
Investments into the JV will be discussed mutually, considering technology and markets in the territory to be finalised. SAPL will set up facilities in Ghana to manufacture a select range of products from their product basket for consumption in Africa and exports to Europe and other countries in Africa. SAPL shall design the layout, install and commission the equipment with trial runs, and depute managers from Indian factories.
