The Belgium-based global provider of aluminium solutions, Reynaers Aluminium has recently finished off a vital project in the UAE, where the company was stationed to install its high-performance systems. The installation is to beautify and construct the intricate exterior of Al Fattan Downtown residential towers, an enormous three-tower complex situated in Dubai.
While explaining the scope of the project, the Managing director of Reynaers Middle East, Ali Khalaf notified that the towers have a noteworthy total aluminium surface area of 45,700 square metres, whose instalments were provided by Reynaers Aluminium for it is one of the most trusted companies in Dubai.
“The systems installed at Al Fattan Downtown residential towers include the Company’s widely-used Concept Wall 86 Male-Female system (CW 86-MF), with the Concept Patio 130 Lift and Slide (CP 130-LS) built in it. The Curtain Wall 60 (CW 60) has also been installed in the project,” Khalaf added.
The patented CW 86-MF system by Reynaers Aluminium is a porous yet artistic curtain-wall solution for element facades that agree with all the laws of large building projects. It has been installed previously in many noteworthy projects in the world.
The three thirty-three floored multi-storey buildings erected in the Downtown area of Dubai feature rare designs resembling vertical fins. The towers also house two or three-bedroom apartments with the slickest addition of the best-of-the-class aluminium systems series by Reynaers.
Mr Khalaf, while decoding the matter further, said: “With the adaption of the CW 86-MF system for this project, Reynaers Aluminium has taken the male-female unitised system concept to the next level, with high-performance requirements of 1,000 Pa water tightness, 600 Pa airtightness, and a U-value of 1.9 W/square meters. K.”
