ProfilGruppen Extrusions AB has joined Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) as a new Production & Transformation member. This brings the total number of members working toward a responsible aluminium value chain to 124.

This requires us to be concerned about the long-term future not just of our business but also of the world around us. Swedish company ProfilGruppen manufactures customized aluminium extrusions and components. The Group, which employs 450 people, is located in Åseda. The company’s customers are in a wide variety of industries and mainly in the Northern European market.
ASI is a global, multi-stakeholder, non-profit standards setting and certification organisation. It aims to recognise and foster the responsible production, sourcing and stewardship of aluminium.
