PNY launches pocket-sized SSD with aluminium housing

PNY Technologies (PNY), a leader in memory manufacturing, has launched pocket-sized ELITE Portable Solid State Drive (SSD) in 240GB and 480GB capacities.  The PNY Elite Portable Solid State Drive comes with ultra-compact and durable aluminium housing.

The latest SSD can quickly transfer and store large files with read speeds up to 430MB/s and write speeds up to 400MB/s. “In a pocket-sized design, the PNY Elite Portable SSD delivers powerful performance with fast speeds to quickly access large video files or photo libraries,” the company said.

With this new line of Portable SSD, PNG focuses on providing innovative and unique products to meet the growing needs of the portable storage market. The company claims this pocket-sized SSD is one of the smallest SSD drive available in the market.

High-quality aluminium housing SSD is Compatible to USB 3.0 specifications. It is powered by latest TLC flash technology with 2.36” x 1.4” x 0.35” dimensions.it supports all versions of Windows and Mac PCs.  The ELITE SSD comes at a price of INR 8,867 for the 240GB variant and INR 16,634 for the 480GB variant.
