Orbite announces change to its Board of Directors

Orbite Aluminae Inc. announced today that following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold, Mr. Shaun Usmar resigned, effective today, from his position as Director of the Company.
“We would like to thank Shaun for his support of the Company during his time on our Board and wish him success in his new position,” stated Claude Lamoureux, Orbite’s Chairman of the Board of Directors. “We are looking to appoint a new Director, continuing our practice of attracting high-caliber professionals to ensure strong corporate governance.”
