Rumours have been circulating that the Nothing Smartwatch, Wrist 1 will soon hit the Indian market. Apparently, the smartwatch will be made up of 100% recyclable aluminium.

Sources suggest that the wearable device, from a start-up by Carl Pei in the UK, appeared on the BIS certification website with the model number D395. This suggests that the smartwatch is currently in development and could be released in India at some point later this year.
Although reports are indicating that the Nothing Phone 2 will be available for purchase via Flipkart in July, it is unlikely that it will be launched at the same time as the smartwatch.
While it is not yet clear whether the Nothing smartwatch will be a high-end or affordable product, it is expected to be one of the two. Meanwhile, the Nothing Phone 2 is the successor to the Nothing Phone 1 and will be available for purchase in India and other countries. Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC will power the phone and it will feature a recycled aluminium frame with a 4,700mAh battery.
It is worth noting that the Nothing Phone 2 will receive four years of security patches and three years of Android OS upgrades. As we draw closer to the launch date, more information about the smartphone and the smartwatch is expected to be revealed. So, enthusiasts must keep an eye on this space for further updates about the Nothing Smartwatch.
