A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd will be held on August 13, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
In terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 03, 2015 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on August 13, 2015.
